The space

The villa has 5 rooms, 3 of which are located in the main building and 2 in the “trullo and lamia”. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and offers direct access to the courtyard of the hamlet. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and characterized by a style that reflects the authentic original charm.
The spacious living room and kitchen are located in the main building, next to but separated from each other by a guest bathroom. Corresponding to the kitchen is the large pergola with outdoor dining area.
Outside, the villa boasts a large courtyard with a spacious pool in the center, two equipped pergolas, and an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue. The pool area is complete with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
The surrounding land and courtyard garden are planted with ancient olive trees, citrus trees, and Mediterranean plants.

Location

The villa is ideally located, just 5-10 minutes from the towns of Ostuni and San Michele.
The sea can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
The nearest airports are Brindisi 35 minutes away and Bari 1 hour away.

Confirmation of reservation:

• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund
  
  

Conditions:
– Arrival time: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
– Departure time: 10 a.m.

Early / late check-in upon request, for a fee.

Minimum stay during low season (September to April) is 3 nights.
Minimum stay during high season (May to August) is 7 nights.
