The space

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a dining room with balcony, and a large living room with kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms. Two bathrooms are complete with showers. The televisions are Smart Tv.
The apartment is enriched with a terrace equipped with a jacuzzi tub (for exclusive private use), a small outdoor kitchen, dining table with shade sail and sun loungers with a view over the rooftops of Cisternino, the Itria Valley and with a glimpse of the sea.

Location

In the heart of the historic center of Cisternino in the Itria Valley, it is only a 10-minute drive from Ostuni and Fasano.
The sea is about 15 minutes away by car.
The property is 30 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Confirmation of reservation:

• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The final payment of 70% must be received no less than 14 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 500 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days before your arrival: no refund
  
  

Conditions:
– Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
– Departure time: 10 a.m.

Early / late check-in upon request, for a fee.

Children’s policy:
Children can stay with a one-time supplement of 20 Euro for the cot and 40 Euro for the cot.
