The space

The Masseria is surrounded by 4 hectares of olive grove, almond trees and many Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor at the entrance, you are greeted by two large living rooms with an antique fireplace, a huge sofa and a large dining table. Next to it, there is an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances and custom-made with local materials. Serving the living room, there is a guest bathroom.
A master bedroom is located on the same floor, complete with a private bathroom with a steam room and a small courtyard.
On the second floor, two more double bedrooms are located, complete with large bathrooms made of cocciopesto with tubs and double shower.
The Masseria's furnishings are a mix of unique contemporary design pieces including Artemide lights and MDF tables, and renovated old antiques including antique Thonet chairs.

Location

The town of Ostuni is only 10 minutes away by car, and the sea is 15 minutes away.
The port towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare can be reached from Ostuni.
The property is 30 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Confirmation of reservation:

• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund

– Arrival time: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
– Departure time: 10 a.m.

Early / late check-in upon request, for a fee.

Minimum stay during low season (September to April) is 3 nights.
Minimum stay during high season (May to August) is 7 nights.
