THE SPACE

Result of a meticulous restoration by the architectural studio Flore & Venezia and landscape designer Gianni Birardi, Trulli Otto Cappelli preserves the soul of its original structure, enhanced with local materials and artisanal touches.
The four double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and independent access, offer absolute comfort and privacy. The shared living spaces form the heart of the home: a spacious lounge beneath two trulli cones, a custom-built stone kitchen opening into the dining area, and interiors filled with natural fabrics, curated furnishings, and soft ambient light. Each room carries an atmosphere of understated elegance and refined simplicity. The third bedroom, with private access and a double shower, offers a more intimate space. The fourth is set in a lamia with a traditional barrel-vaulted ceiling, preserving the charm of rural Apulian homes with a contemporary twist.
Outside, the beauty becomes a lived experience: a panoramic infinity pool (heatable on request) opens onto the valley. Two pergolas frame the outdoor spaces — one for convivial meals with a large dining table, the other for relaxing in a built-in lounge by the pool. A Mediterranean garden with softly lit paths at night, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped laundry room and private parking complete the property, carefully designed to offer every comfort without ever disrupting the harmony of the landscape.
