The space

The villa stands on two hectares of land planted with olive, almond, fig and Mediterranean scrub trees.
The trullo opens onto a large living area with living room with fireplace, dining room, large equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry room, plus a bathroom also accessible from the outside.The living room leads to three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The fourth double bedroom has independent access and a private bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The bathrooms in the sleeping area are complete with shower.
Outdoors, there is a large covered patio with a large dining table equipped with a barbecue and a pizza oven. Next to it is a relaxation area with large brickwork sofas in the shade of a large oak tree and a hammock.
Completing the property is a salt-water infinity Pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols with a suggestive view of the valley. An outdoor shower is available next to the pool.

Location

A few km from the white villages of Cisternino, Ostuni, Ceglie, Locorotondo, Martina Franca.
The property is about 30 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Confirmation of reservation:

• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

• 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund

Minimum stay during low season (September to April) is 3 nights.
Minimum stay during high season (May to August) is 7 nights.
