Villa Luce is a prestigious 4 bedrooms home located in a plot filled with ancient olive trees. The villa is the result of traditional building techniques, where ancient and modern blend harmoniously. Attention to indoor and outdoor comfort give a charming and relaxing atmosphere.
THE SPACE
The villa is surrounded by one hectare of land filled with olive trees.It features a large open-space comprising living area, dining room and kitchen, a second living area with sofa and TV, four double bedrooms and five bathrooms.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and TV. The bathrooms are complete with walk-in showers.
From the large living room window there is a view of the lovely salt-sterilized, non-chlorine pool, equipped with sun loungers.
Surrounding the villa are two pergolas, one of which, adjacent to the barbecue area, equipped with a dining table, where you can spend pleasant evenings outdoors.
Behind the simplicity of this typical Apulian villa, there are all the comforts of a modern home.

A few km from the white villages of Ostuni, San Michele Salentino, Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno, San Vito.The property is about 30 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Confirmation of reservation:
- To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
- The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
- A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

– Arrival time: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
– Departure time: 10 a.m.
