THE SPACE
This contemporary villa tells the story of Puglia's obsession with natural colors. Melding minimal design with Apulian tradition, the essential lines, sloping corners, and use of local stone tell a story of authenticity.At the entrance, you are greeted by a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa and an open kitchen with a fitted island overlooking the pool.
Three double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms provide privacy and relaxation for each guest. A half bath is available next to the living area. Outside, a large convivial area houses a fully equipped kitchen under a pergola, complete with a barbecue, wood-burning oven and a wooden table perfect for long summer dinners. By the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and a sitting area with built-in sofas complete the experience. An outdoor shower serves the pool area, and in the basement there is an exercise area with a private bathroom.
LOCATION
Located a few minutes' drive from Ostuni's historic center and not far from the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the villa is an oasis of peace surrounded by nature. Here, time slows down and every detail invites a mindful pause. From Ostuni it is possible to reach the port towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The property is 30 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.FACILITIES

Confirmation of reservation:
- To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
- The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
- A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

– Departure time: 10 a.m.
