The space

The villa stands on a one-hectare plot brimming with olive trees, stretching towards the sea. Upon entering, you are greeted by an elegant living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table.
The living room leads to 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, heating, and TV.
Bathrooms are complete with showers.
Surrounding the pool, a large covered patio extends, provided with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, a large dining table, a set of soft sofas, and sun loungers.
An outdoor shower is available near the pool. There is a magnificent view of the sea on the roof of the Lamia.

Location

The sea is just a few kilometers from the Coastal Dunes Park, which is the nearest beach.
The town of Ostuni is only a 5-minute drive away, and Carovigno is 15 minutes away.
The property is 25 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Confirmation of reservation:

• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. Payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund

– Arrival time: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
– Departure time: 11 a.m.

Early / late check-in upon request, for a fee.

Minimum stay during low season (September to April) is 3 nights.
Minimum stay during high season (May to August) is 7 nights.
